ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. - The Martin Luther College women's cross country team finished fourth out of five teams at the St. Boni Invite on Saturday.

The Knights finished the event with a total team score of 89, sandwiched between UMAC schools Northwestern (74 points) and North Central (138) in the final standings. Concordia-Moorhead won the event with a total score of 17.

Sydney Cody was once again the top MLC runner in 15th place with a time of 27:13.

She was followed by MLC runners Grace Williams (21st place), Rachel Winter (26th), Elizabeth Schwartz (27th) and Abby Lash (31st).

This was the final tune-up for the Knights before the 2016 UMAC Cross Country Chamionships, which will be hosted by Minnesota Morris on Saturday, October 29.
