RESULTS
NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Martin Luther College men's track and field team competed at the Carleton Relays at Carleton College on Saturday.
Todd Brassow led all MLC athletes at the event with a first place finish in the High Jump with a jump of 1.98 meters.
A number of MLC athletes did well in the running events, led by an eighth place finish by
Jonathan Fleischmann in the 5000 Meters with a time of 16:56.95.
Josh Arndt finished 16th in the 100 Meters out of a field of more than 40 runners, while
Jacob Melso finished in the top 30 in the 800 Meters out of a group of more than 60 runners.Â
Martin Loescher had another strong day in the Javelin Throw, taking sixth with a throw of 49.24 meters.
MLC will return to action on Thursday, April 28, when it competes at the Macalester Twilight event held at Macalester College.
