NEW ULM, Minn. - Martin Luther College seniors
Grace Schultz and
Jade St. Germaine were named Honorable Mention All-UMAC in women's basketball by the conference on Wednesday. Schultz was also named to the All-Defense team.
This is the third time Schultz received honorable mention recognition, while St. Germaine earned that honor for the second straight year.
Schultz finished her career with a bang, leading MLC in points (16.0), assists (2.8) and steals (3.9) per game. St. Germaine led the Knights in rebounds (8.8), blocks (1.5) and minutes per game (32.9) as a senior, and finished just two free throws shy of the single-season record with 113 for the season. She also scored 13.9 points per game, and bumped that average to 15.1 points per game during UMAC play.
During league play, St. Germaine finished second in the conference in rebounds per game (8.9) and fourth in blocks per game (1.6). She finished her career among the program's all-time leader in points, rebounds, blocks, free throws and field goals.
