Personal: Son of Paul and Deb Tessmer…member of the MLC track and field team, where he earned All-UMAC honors in 2013...earned four varsity letters in track at Minnesota Valley Lutheran HS…named all-conference in track three times, and reached the state meet twice in track at MVL…also played football at MVL, where he earned three varsity letters and was named team captain.
