DULUTH, Minn. - The Martin Luther College women's soccer team lost 7-0 at St. Scholastica Saturday.
The Saints jumped in front early, scoring in the seventh and ninth minutes, and then adding two more later in the first half to take a 4-0 lead into the break. CSS would then put the game away with three in the second half.

Julia Barthels was credited with ten saves out of the 17 shots on goal from CSS.

Jenna Maurer finished with one shot apiece for MLC.
The Knights fell to 3-13-1 this season and 2-7-1 in UMAC play in defeat. CSS improved to 9-6-2 overall and 8-1 in league play after the win.
MLC will close the season with a game at Crown on Tuesday, October 27. That game is scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m.
