2013: Played in all ten games at quarterback, cornerback, and punter...finished with 1,803 yards passing (second all-time at MLC) and 18 touchdowns...also ran for 817 yards and nine touchdowns...set the MLC single-game record for passing yards (399) and completions (27) against Maranatha Baptist...punted 33 times for an average of 34.7…also played cornerback and intercepted two passes...named second team All-UMAC at quarterback...named two time UMAC Offensive Player of the Week.
 
2012: Played all ten games appearing at quarterback, running back, wide receiver, returner, and defensive back...finished with 1,013 yards passing and 11 touchdowns...also rushed for 581 yards and three scores...caught 13 passes for 203 yards and two touchdowns...recorded an interception in limited duty on defense...averaged 24.7 yards per kick return including a touchdown...named first team All-UMAC kick returner…received one UMAC Offensive Player of the Week award.
 
Personal: Son of David and Debbie Rothe...also plays basketball at MLC...attended Luther Preparatory School and lettered in football, basketball, and baseball...two time all conference quarterback and defensive back in high school...two time all conference in basketball, including conference player of the year as a senior...three time all conference in baseball...participated in the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star game...two time captain in football, basketball, and baseball at Luther Prep.
