Breanna Olson enters her seventh season in charge of women's cross country and her fifth at the helm of track and field.
She guided the women's cross country team to back-to-back UMAC championships in 2021 and 2022. In track and field, she helped guide the women's team to a UMAC championship in 2023 and the men's team to UMAC titles in 2025 and 2026.
During her impressive tenure, Olson has coached 10 athletes that have earned 20 all-conference honors in cross country. In track and field, she has coached 36Â athletes that have earned all conference in 83 events.
Olson has been consistently recognized by the UMAC as one of its premier coaches. She has been named coach of the year twice in cross country and four times in track and field.
