MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Martin Luther College men's soccer team lost its conference game at North Central by the score of 1-0 on Saturday.
Neither team was able to generate much on offense, as the teams were credited with a combined 15 shots (eight on goal) for the game.
The Rams' Gabe Dawson scored the game's only goal in the 17th minute off an assist from Ian Brekhus.
MLC was credited with seven shots in the game, with
Josh Koelpin leading the way with three.
Caleb King stopped three of the four shots he faced in net for MLC.
The Knights fell to 6-5-1 overall and 3-3-1 in conference play in defeat. NCU improved to 3-7-2 on the season and 2-4-1 in UMAC play with the win.
MLC will return to action on Tuesday, October 13, when it travels to Bethany Lutheran for a game scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m.
