MINNEAPOLIS - The Martin Luther College men's soccer team lost 3-0 at Augsburg on Monday in a non-conference game.
The Augies jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first half, and then added a third goal in the 48th minute to close the scoring.
MLC was credited with seven total shots, led by two from
Erich Osterman and
Josh Koelpin.Â
Caleb King stopped five of the eight shots he faced before giving way to
Gabriel Plocher early in the second half.
MLC fell to 6-8-1 on the season in defeat. Augsburg improved to 6-7-2 with the win.
The Knights will return to action on Wednesday, October 21, when they travel to Saint Mary's for a games scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m.
