DULUTH, Minn. - The Martin Luther College men's soccer team lost its final conference game of the season 13-0 at St. Scholastica Saturday.
The Saints blitzed the Knights early, scoring seven times in the first half to take control on the way to the win.
MLC was credited with seven shots in the game, with
Aaron Markgraf leading the team with two shots.
Caleb King stopped eight shots before Gaberiel Plocher entered the game early in the second half.
MLC fell to 6-10-1 overall and 3-6-1 in UMAC play in defeat CSS improved to 14-2 on the season and 9-0 in league play following the win.
The Knights will finish their season on Tuesday, October 27, when they travel to Crown College for a game scheduled to start at 5 p.m.
