ST. PAUL - The Martin Luther College tennis team lost its second match of the season 9-0 at Macalaster on Saturday.
The Knights opened the the day dropping all three doubles matches by the scores of 8-2, 8-1 and 8-0.Â
In singles, the Scots were able to finish the sweep by taking all six matches in straight sets.
The Knights fell to 0-2 on the season with the loss. Macalester improved to 1-0 with the win.
MLC will return to action on Saturday, February 16, when it plays a triangular at Lifetime Fitness Center in Eden Prarie, Minn. MLC will face Morningside at 6 p.m., followed by a match against Northwestern (Iowa) at 8 p.m.
