SUPERIOR, Wis. - The Martin Luther College men's tennis team fell to .500 in UMAC play with a 9-0 defeat at UW-Superior on Saturday.

The Knights fell behind 3-0 early after doubles after the Yellowjackets took those three matches by the scores of 8-1, 8-2 and 8-4. 

In singles competition, UWS finished the sweep with six straight-sets wins.

MLC fell to 3-6 overall and 1-1 in UMAC play in defeat, while UWS improved to 3-7 overall and 1-0 in league play with the win.

The Knights will return to action on Tuesday, April 2, when they host Minnesota Morris in the home opener. That match is scheduled to start at 3 p.m.
