RESULTS

MANKATO, Minn. - The Martin Luther College women's cross country team finished in second place at the BLC Viking XC Invitational on Friday.

MLC finished the race with a total team score of 47 points, on ahead of third-place Bethany Lutheran. Crown College won the team event with a team score of 31 points.

First-year runner Abigail Buege was the top MLC runner with a time of 27:08.1 on the way to a fourth-place finish.

Emmalie Olsen (27:45.1) and Molly Bauer (28:36.0) each finished in the top 10, while Elsa Ponath (28:54.9) and Aimee Olsen (29:06.3) took 12th and 13th place, respectively.
