SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Martin Luther College men's tennis team dropped an early-season match at Morningside 6-1 on Friday.

The lone point the Knights were able to come up with came via forfeit in number-three doubles, as the Mustangs took the other two matches 6-0 and 6-0.

In singles, Morningside won each match in straight sets to secure the overall win.

MLC fell to 0-3 on the season in defeat. Morningside improved to 2-0 with the win.

The Knights will return to action on Saturday, March 19, when they play at Doane.
