St. Paul, MN - The MLC men's tennis went down in straight sets to Northwestern
9-0.

Josiah Koelpin and
Silas Steinbrenner in the No. 3 match.

Josiah Wordell,
Matthew Koelpin, and
Brian Friesenegger would each score two points in their matches, but no MLC player managed to get any closer to winning a set.
The Knights were shutout in both matches against Northwestern this season, as the Eagles proved why they are at the top of the UMAC standings.
MLC falls to (2-9, 2-3) on the season and will face Bethany on Tuesday, April 18. The Knights will look to avenge their 6-3 loss to the Vikings on April 4 to remain in the top half of conference standings.
