Superior, WI - The MLC men's soccer team was defeated 10-0 by UW-Superior on Saturday afternoon.

The Yellowjackets never looked back from a pair of goals scored by Freddy Watson in the fifth and seventh minute of the opening period. UW-Superior put up four goals in the first period and another six in the second period. Jake Kidd and Aaron Shartin-Folkert netted a couple of goals apiece as the Yellowjackets got 25 shots on goal.

Despite the loss, the Knights were able to get much of the team on the field and Nicholas Russ recorded 16 saves at the goalkeeper position.

MLC (3-13-2, 2-9-1) will continue their season with another road game at Northwestern on Wednesday, October 30 at 1 p.m.
