St. Paul, MN - The 2025 Men's Cross Country All-UMAC awards were officially announced on Wednesday and the Knights earned two selections to the All-Conference teams.
Eliott Heiderich was the top finisher for MLC and took eighth overall in the individual standings out of over 0 runners in the 8K at the UMAC Championship last Saturday in Winthrop, MN. The top eight finishers get First Team recognition and Heiderich clocked in with a time of 28:00.8. As a freshman, Heiderich was named Second Team All-UMAC after he took ninth.
Levi Panitzke was the other MLC runner with accolades, taking 15th overall with a mark of 28:51.0. Panitzke was named Second Team All-UMAC. Heiderich and Panitzke were the top two finishers on an MLC team that placed fourth in the team standings at the UMAC Championship.
The MLC men's team also took home the Team Sportsmanship Award and senior
Elijah Hutchinson wrapped up his career as the MLC Individual Sportsmanship winner.
