New Ulm, MN - MLC volleyball wrapped up its 2025 season with its final match of the season against Northwestern. Before the match, the Knights celebrated Senior Day, as
Lydia Feidt, the lone senior on the squad was recognized for her contributions to the volleyball team. MLC gave it a go on the court, but the Eagles proved to be too much, sweeping the Knights
3-0 (25-15, 25-10, 25-12).
Northwestern played almost mistake free volleyball in the first pair of sets, hitting .583 in the first set and .455 in the second. The Eagles completed the sweep with an attack percentage of .447 for the three sets on 42 kills and eight errors.
Despite the lopsided loss, MLC still played hard until the final point was recorded.
Elsa Brauer and
Kiara Humann each delivered a team-high six kills, while
Ella Walz and
Kourtney Zech each had nine assists.
Anna Kieselhorst paced the Knights in digs (7) and aces (2).
