Owatonna, MN - The Martin Luther College women's tennis team picked up their first win of the 2025 season on a neutral indoor court against Crown College in Owatonna on Friday.
The Knights topped the Polars
6-1 in a 7-point match and won their matches decisively and swept their doubles play. Due to the sweep, the Knights gained one point for the best-of-3 series.

Prahl secured a win in No. 1 singles, defeating her opponent 6-1, 6-2, while
Rachel Schoeneck took No. 3 singles 6-0, 6-2.Â
Gronholz earned her second singles win of the season in her No. 4 match 6-1, 6-3 and
Katie Schoeneck bested her opponent 6-0, 6-1.
Katie Kutz earned the sixth point of the match by winning her No. 6 singles match 6-2, 6-2.
MLC (1-2) will be back at it on the same court in Owatonna on Saturday, February 15, at 10:30 a.m.
