New Ulm, MN - The MLC softball team continued conference play with another home series against UW-Superior. The Knights took on the Yellowjackets for game 1 of the 3-game series with UW-Superior beating MLC 22-0 in five innings.

Through two innings, the Yellowjackets went up 5-0, but they made it 10-0 in the third and then posted 12 runs in the top of the fourth to separate from the Knights fully.

UW-Superior collected 21 hits and had five players reach multi-hit games, while the Yellowjackets held MLC to just three hits.

MLC (0-14) will be back at it on Friday, March 28, for a doubleheader to wrap up their series with UW-Superior, starting at noon.
