Morton, MN - The MLC men's and women's golf teams took on Crown College for a match on Wednesday. The MLC men finished the day in 344 strokes, edging out the Polars who scored 350. Meanwhile, the Crown women beat the MLC women 345-401.

John Martin had the lowest total out of all golfers and finished in 81 strokes, while Benjamin Pearson was right behind him with a score of 82. Noah Walta and Aidan Berg finished in the mid-80s, with Walta shooting an 86 and Berg an 89.

Myah Loberger and Brenna Moore each shot in 99 strokes and earned the lowest score for the MLC women. Brooke Parkhurst had the third-best score, finishing in 100 strokes.

The MLC golf squad will head to Hutchinson on Friday, September 27, for a tournament hosted by Bethany (11 a.m. shotgun).
