River Falls, WI - The MLC men's and women's cross country squads appeared in their second meet of the 2025 season at the UW-River Falls River Town Invitational. MLC was one of five schools in the event.
Top MLC women finishers:
Jemimah Habben took 18th overall out of nearly 70 runners in the 6K race. The sophomore ran it in 25:25.3, while
Nicole Trapp finished the 6K in 27:09.6 for 36th overall. Freshmen
Grace Hahm joined in at 39th overall (27:25.1), and
Carys Wendland placed 47th overall (28:26.7).

Eliott Heiderich recorded the fastest time of the MLC men's team, coming in at 35th overall out of nearly 90 runners in the 8K. Heiderich's time was 28:37.80 and freshman
Henry Schapekahm clocked in at 29:05.90 for 40th overall.
Levi Panitzke placed 59th overall with a time of 30:47.30.
MLC cross country will participate in the St. Olaf Invitiational on Saturday, September 20, at 10 a.m.
