St. Paul, MN - Samuel Plocher was awarded the UMAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week (April 13-19) on Tuesday, announced by the conference.

Plocher had had another busy meet, placing second in the high jump with a season-best 2.00-meter leap. The junior would also claim fourth in a pair of events (400m hurdles, 57.23) and (110m hurdles, 15.04).

Plocher and the MLC Track and Field teams will be competing in a couple of meets this week, starting on Wednesday at Minnesota at 11 a.m.
