DULUTH, Minn. - The Martin Luther College women's tennis team lost at conference-leading St. Scholastica 9-0 in a match Saturday at the BWC Fieldhouse.

The Saints started the match with a sweep in doubles, defeating MLC by the scores of 8-1, 8-0 and 8-6.

In singles, CSS was able to win all six in straight sets. 

MLC fell to 1-6 overall and 1-2 in league play in defeat, while CSS improved its record to 12-5 on the season and 6-0 in UMAC competition. 

The Knights will return to action on Monday, April 11, when they travel to UW-Stout for a non-conference match scheduled to start at 4 p.m.
