MINNEAPOLIS - The Martin Luther College men's tennis season ended with a 9-0 loss to St. Scholastica in the semifinal round of the UMAC Postseason Tournament on Friday at Baseline Tennis Center.

The Knights entered the match as the fourth seed after finishing the conference season in fourth place, while St. Scholastica was the top seed after an undefeated conference season.

The Saints started the match with a 3-0 sweep in doubles by the scores of 8-1, 8-1 and 8-1.

In singles, CSS finished the win with six straight sets victories.

MLC finished its season with a record of 3-14, while CSS moved on the championship match at the conference tournament tomorrow.
