ST. PAUL - Saturday's softball doubleheader between Martin Luther College and UW-Superior has been named this week's UMAC Game of the Week by the conference.

The two teams will open the conference portion of the schedule with an afternoon doubleheader in New Ulm, with MLC coming of a split against Bethany Lutheran in its home opener on Tuesday, March 28. MLC currently has a record of 6-7.

The Yellowjackets enter the weekend with a record of 7-8, and recently finished a trip to Florida with a 5-6 record.

Last season was the first for UWS in the UMAC, and the Yellowjackets swept the doubleheader between these two teams by the scores of 3-0 and 6-1 back on April 10.

First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday.
