RESULTS
MANKATO, Minn. - The Martin Luther College men's tennis team lost its conference match at Bethany Lutheran College by the score of 7-2 on Thursday.
The Knights took one of three doubles matches thanks to an 8-0 win by the number three team of
Justin Steinke and
Ethan Schultz. The Vikings won the other two matches by the scores of 8-1 and 8-2.
In singles,
Josh Koelpin provided the lone MLC point with a 6-4, 6-3 win in his number four match.
MLC fell to 2-7 overall and 1-4 in UMAC play in defeat. BLC improved to 9-10 this season and 3-2 in league play with the win.
The Knights will return to action tomorrow (Friday, April 21) when they host St. Scholastica.
