St. Paul, MN - The 2024 UMAC All-Conference volleyball teams were announced on Thursday and two MLC seniors received All-UMAC selections with Grace Kieselhorst earning First Team and Lauren Paulsen taking Honorable Mention.

Kieselhorst was previously named Honorable Mention (2022) and to the Second Team (2023), but had her best collegiate season as a senior in 2024. Kieselhorst finished with a team high in kills (311) and racked up 408 assists and 219 digs in 28 matches played. The senior also recorded her 1,000th career assist in a home match against UW-Superior.

Paulsen wrapped up her career with a strong defensive season, finishing with 310 digs and a team-best 49 blocks. Paulsen also was second on the Knights wih 266 kills in 28 matches this season.

Meanwhile, freshman Allison Schroeder was the MLC Individual Sportsmanship Award winner.
