St. Paul, MN - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) awarded 556 academic all-conference awards to fall sport student-athletes for excellence in the classroom, it was announced Wednesday. This is the second-most in conference history for the fall season, trailing only the 558 awards from the fall of 2023.

Individuals who earn a 3.5 or better grade point average (GPA) or better during their respective semesters of competition get named to the team.

MLC had another large pool of student-athletes who were recognized for their academics this fall, as 101 honorees from the Knights were on the list. That amount was second in the conference behind Northwestern (106).

MLC had the most team awards (3) in the UMAC, which calculates the highest overall team GPA. The football (3.19 GPA), Men's Soccer (3.55 GPA), and Women's Soccer (3.77 GPA) teams were the three highest totals from the Knights in the fall season.
