Box Score Winona, MN - The MLC women's tennis team played its annual first match of the season at Saint Mary's on Saturday. The Knights gave it a go, but were ultimately swept 7-0 by the Cardinals.

The most competitive singles contests came from Rebekah Schroeder in No. 4 singles (4-6, 3-6), while Greta Kopp took her No. 6 opponent to 4-6, 1-6. 

MLC women's tennis will face Northwestern (IA) on Friday, February 6, at 5 p.m.
