Buffalo Lake, MN - The Martin Luther College golf team picked up its season on Wednesday afternoon in their match against Crown College. The two schools squared off at the Oakdale golf course in Buffalo Lake and played some competitive golf against one another. In the men's dual, Crown defeated MLC 4-1, while the women's match would not count towards an official match due to the Knights not having a fourth golfer. AC Iglesias had the lowest 18-hole score for the MLC women, coming in at 108, while Brenna Moore finished in 116 strokes, and Olivia Klabunde shot 117.

The MLC golf team will continue its spring season in a match with Bethany Lutheran College on Monday, April 22 at 1 p.m. The match will take place at the Indian Hills Country Club in Stillwater, MN.
